The purpose of the course: improving the organization's recruitment personnel capabilities of interviewing, sorting out and selecting applicants, through combining security-wise and human resources-wise knowledge.
Intended students: managers, human resources department managers and recruitment personnel.
Location:
The training in employee selection and reliability examination skills will take place in the School's facilities in Central Israel, or in a suitable facility in the client organization or business.
The program covers lectures on and practical training in questioning, applicants and recommenders, marketing techniques, etc.
